We rarely hear of one of our repaired discs not working. The only discs we
cannot repair are those that have been cracked, warped, or those with bad damage
to the label side or data foil of the disc. On a CD, the data is stored very
close to the label/graphic side (top) and if the data is damaged there is no way
of recovering it currently. We regularly process discs with minor damage to the
data layer which play perfectly after our service. Naturally, the worse the data
damage is, the less likely it is the disc can be restored back to ‘as new’
condition. If in doubt send these to us anyway and we will assess them for free.
If we don't process it, we won’t charge you.
