Flexirent MiniLease™ is the quick & easy leasing solution for electrical appliances, office furniture and other commercial equipment costing $1,500.00 or more, provided that at least one item $500

It is designed for business ands employees using goods for work related purposes - even if you work from home. It is also ideal for fitting out an investment property.

MiniLease™ works like a typical car lease but for smaller amounts and with mini residuals.

Tax Savings

Lease payments on equipment used for 'commercial' purposes are typically tax deductible. The after tax cost of leasing can be less than the upfront cost of the equipment.*

MiniLease with Mini Residuals

The residual varies depending on the length of the lease. To acquire the goods at the end of the term, you can offer to pay the residual amount

3 years Residual of 15% of the Purchase Price
4 years Residual of 10% of the Purchase Price
5 years Residual of 5% of the Purchase Price
