Reface
Industries respects your privacy. Across our
business, we will only collect, store and use

Privacy and Data Security
At Reface Industries, your right to privacy and
data security is a primary concern. That's why,
when you visit Reface Online Client Ordering
System, we help you maintain control over your
personal data on the Internet. At any time you
can call Reface Industries and ask for full
disclosure of all information we have stored on
you. We have provided this system to allow you
to view all of your transactions with Reface
Industries. It is important to note that we do
not store any of your credit card details
online, or on any of our internal computer
systems, we do this to provide you piece of mind
that your credit card details are secure. All
paper based credit card authorisations are
stored in a secure filing cabinet with access
limited to accounts staff only. Although this
means you have to give us your credit card
details each time you place an order, we believe
this system to be the most secure method of
preventing credit card fraud. For further
security we provide 128 bit encryption for all
your transactions with the Reface Online Client
Ordering System. This means that all data
passing between your computer and our web server
is encrypted to a very high level, meaning no
one can monitor your dealings with Reface
Industries. All accounts are password protected
with further safeguards built into the system to
prevent fraudulent use of your account.
Reface Industries' Privacy statement discloses
the privacy guidelines for the entire domestic
Reface Industries Web site, though more
specifically the Reface Online Client Ordering
System. The guidelines at this site are
applicable only to this domestic Web site and do
not extend to any external site linked from
reface.com.au.
Reface Industries only asks for specific types
of personal information
In a few areas on our Web site and online
customer support tools, we ask you to provide
information that will enable us to enhance your
site visit, to assist you with technical support
issues or to follow up with you after your
visit. It is completely optional for you to
participate.

and phone number) or your order and the products
you purchase will not be given or sold to any
outside organisation for its use in marketing or

contractors of Reface Industries for the purpose

The Reface Online Client Ordering System at
reface.com.au is designed to give you
options concerning the privacy of your credit
card information, name, address, e-mail and any
other information you provide us. Reface
Industries is committed to data security with
respect to information collected on our site. We
offer the industry standard security measures
available through your browser called SSL
encryption, (please see Privacy and Data
Security above for details on these security
measures). It has always been a Reface
Industries practice to contact customers in the
event of a potential problem with your service
order or any normal business communication
regarding your order.
Customised Experience
We use technology to help us deliver customised
visitor experiences. At Reface Industries, we do
not use "cookies" to gather information from
you, although our system may be able to
ascertain what Operating System and Internet
Browser you are using by other means. Our use of
this technology does not mean that we
automatically know any information about you.
Reface Industries has no desire or intent to
infringe on your privacy while using the Reface
Industries.com site.

Children's Privacy (Age 12 and Under)
Reface Industries takes children's privacy
seriously.
Reface Industries does not seek to collect
personal information about children through its
Web site. Reface Industries does not condition a
child's participation in an activity on the
disclosure of more personal information than is
reasonably necessary to participate in the
activity.
If we become aware that a person submitting
personal information to us through any part of
our Web site is a child, we delete the
information as soon as we discover it and do not
use it for any purpose, nor do we disclose it to
