We
have been owners of the above unit for in
excess of 2 years. Since purchasing the
machine we have not at any problems with its
operation. The only time we have returned
the machine to Reface Industries was once
for a service.
Since
having this machine in store, we now have
staff constantly using the machine to clean
and repair DVD’s and Games. Prior to this
with other types of repair units which
required a number of operational procedures
(eg: swapping pads and messy cleaning)
and took in excess of
up to 5 minutes to buff one disc, we
couldn’t get our staff to clean discs on a
regular basis.
With
the simple method of placing the disc in the
tray, closing it and pressing 1 button for
either 30 seconds or a minute, staff now
utilize the machine ALL day.
Not
only is it simple to use, but it is clean
without making a mess around the work area.
Its size is good as minimal space is
required to use it, and the only cleaning
required is a vacuum once every
morning and a change of pads every so often,
all of which is simple and easy for all
staff to do
We
also generate a small profit from the
machine by advertising that we clean and
repair most discs for customers. We charge a
small fee for this service.
Since
owing this machine, we have substantially
reduced the number of discs sent away for
repairs to a point where by it is now been
some 12 months since we have sent any discs
away for repairs.
I
would thoroughly recommend to any DVD rental
business to invest in this machine, to save
both time and ease of cleaning
any scratched or unclean returned
Discs.
