We have been owners of the above unit for in excess of 2 years. Since purchasing the machine we have not at any problems with its operation. The only time we have returned the machine to Reface Industries was once for a service.

Since having this machine in store, we now have staff constantly using the machine to clean and repair DVD’s and Games. Prior to this with other types of repair units which required a number of operational procedures (eg: swapping pads and messy cleaning) and took in excess of up to 5 minutes to buff one disc, we couldn’t get our staff to clean discs on a regular basis.

With the simple method of placing the disc in the tray, closing it and pressing 1 button for either 30 seconds or a minute, staff now utilize the machine ALL day.

Not only is it simple to use, but it is clean without making a mess around the work area. Its size is good as minimal space is required to use it, and the only cleaning required is a vacuum once every morning and a change of pads every so often, all of which is simple and easy for all staff to do

We also generate a small profit from the machine by advertising that we clean and repair most discs for customers. We charge a small fee for this service.

Since owing this machine, we have substantially reduced the number of discs sent away for repairs to a point where by it is now been some 12 months since we have sent any discs away for repairs.

I would thoroughly recommend to any DVD rental business to invest in this machine, to save both time and ease of cleaning any scratched or unclean returned Discs.

I write this brief note to express my appreciation for the VMI and the service we received from Reface.

In our video library we could not operate as successfully if we did not have a reliable machine capable of repairing and maintaining our large library.

The VMI assures our customers that we take the very best care of the rentals they choose and that their viewing will not be spoiled by faulty products. Their satisfaction is our security.

It has turned out to be the right solution at the right time. The fact that the consumables are relatively inexpensive, that maintenance is minimal, that the operating is straight forward and servicing is basic means that we could not be happier with our choice.

On top of this recommendation I still have one more point worth noting: after sales service. What little issues arose were promptly dealt with satisfactorily and competently. Mark and his team take as much time as necessary to ensure we were completely happy with both product and service.

In summary, I can highly recommend both the VMI machine and Reface for your in store maintenance equipment.

WOW! What a fantastic service you provide. We are so impressed by the results and the GREAT Customer Service we receive every time.
When we bought our store in July, we discovered about 400 DVD's and Games that were scratched and not earning us any money. We thought that these were completely useless and we would just have to kiss them all goodbye as we honestly did not think that they could ever be repaired. So we presented you with the challenge and sent them to you thinking nothing ventured nothing gained. Now who is laughing!

Out of all the discs we sent to you only 10 were sent back "unrepairable". These all had chips and cracks in them so were not repairable anyway. We were very surprised indeed and extremely happy with the result.

So we want to thank-you and will take our hat off to you for a brilliant result and look forward to having a long lasting relationship with Reface Industries.

I am pleased to recommend Reface.

The advent of the DVD format has meant that now our livelihoods depend on a product that is really too fragile for hire to the public. Damage is inevitable. It is a real worry for our business

The emergence of Reface has given us a way to minimize the financial cost of this damage. Prior to using Reface we had to replace damaged DVD’s at full price, now we can arrange for repair at a fraction of the cost.
